According to the new traffic rules, if you do not wear a helmet while riding a motorcycle, then you will have to pay a fine of one thousand rupees under rule 194D MVA.

At the same time, even after wearing a bad helmet, you will have to pay one thousand rupees as an invoice. You will have to pay this fine under 194D MVA only.
