After a month, the train will run in India after drinking 'water', no diesel, no electricity, know the complete details of the routes from speed to speed

India First Hyderogen Train: From next month, a train is going to run in the country which will neither run on diesel nor does it need electricity to run. This train running from 'water' is preparing to run on the track soon. Know the route, speed and special things of this train ...

No electricity, no oil, still this train will run

India First Hyderogen Train: From steam engines to coal smoke, the chuk-chuk train not only increased its speed over time but also made its complete makeover. Today Indian Railways trains are running with diesel and electricity. Luxury trains like Vande Bharat, Shatabdi, Tejas are running on the tracks, while the bullet train work is going on at rocket speed. In the midst of all this, from next month, a train is going to run in the country which will neither run on diesel nor does it need electricity to run. The wait for this train running on 'water' is just about to end.

India's first water-powered train

For the first time in the country, such a train is going to run, which will run with the help of water. The route of this special train was also decided as a pilot project. The prototype train is set to run in December 2024. We are talking about the hydrogen train running in India from next month. Preparations are underway for its trial run in December 2024. This train will run on hydrogen fuel, for this train will need 40000 liters of water every hour. Water storage will be built for this.

Plan to run 35 hydrogen trains in the country

The hydrogen fuel cell and infrastructure test of the hydrogen train running on 'water' has been successful. The design of the cell and the hydrogen plant have been approved. There are preparations to run 35 hydrogen trains across the country. According to Railway PRO Dilip Kumar, the cost of a hydrogen train is around 80 crores.

How will the hydrogen train run?

People are surprised to hear how the train will run through the last water. Let's understand what its whole science is. In fact, Indian Railways has set a target to make itself 'Net Zero Carbon Emitter' by 2030, to fulfill this goal, the Railways has decided to run hydrogen trains. It is believed that this train can start in the year 2024-25. Railways are preparing to run 35 hydrogen trains on different routes. The hydrogen train runs on hydrogen fuel. Instead of diesel engines, the train has hydrogen fuel cells, which do not emit carbon dioxide, nitrogen or particulate matter. Pollution can be controlled by running these trains.

What's special about the hydrogen train?

With the help of hydrogen fuel cells, electricity is generated by changing hydrogen and oxygen in this train. This electricity is used to run the train. The engine powered by hydrogen gas will release steam and water instead of smoke. The train will have 60 per cent less noise than a diesel engine, its speed and capacity to carry passengers will also be equal to the diesel train.

On which route will the first hydrogen train run?

It is believed that the country's first hydrogen train will run on the 90-km Jind-Sonipat route in Haryana. Apart from this, this train can also be run on Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, Nilgiri Mountain Railway, Kalka Shimla Railway, Matheran Railway, Kangra Valley, Bilmora Waghai and Marwar-Deogarh Madaria routes. It is believed that the speed of this train will be 140 km / h. This train can run up to 1000 km at a time.
