Now a controversy has arisen regarding the making rights of this film. In this regard, a legal notice has been issued by Eros International against the film.

According to reports, Eros International claimed through this notice that they have all the rights of the film. Earlier, 'Hera Pheri 3' was given a notice by T-Series.

Eros International informed through this notice that they owe Rs 60 crore to the Nadiadwala Group.

Nadiadwala had agreed that all the rights of the film 'Hera Pheri 3' would remain with him until the payment was made.
