Baba Saheb Ambedkar would have joined Islam… Congress leader claimed

 

By-elections are to be held on three seats in Karnataka. Due to this, the election activities on all three seats are in full swing and all the parties are busy in preparations. Meanwhile, Congress leader Azim Peer Khadri from Karnataka has given a statement about Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. The Congress leader said Dr. Ambedkar was preparing to join Islam.

Congress leader Khadri said in a conference in Shiggaon, I had read that Baba Saheb had converted to Buddhism in his last days, if Baba Saheb had not converted to Buddhism, he would have converted to Islam. The Congress leader also explained what kind of relationship exists between Muslims and Dalits.

The Congress leader said, Baba Saheb was fully ready to accept Islam. He also said, if Baba Saheb had accepted Islam, he would have become L Hanumanthaiya Hasan Saheb. He also said, even today the relationship between Muslims and Dalits is such that wherever Dalits live, there are Muslim dargahs near them. By-elections are to be held on three seats in Karnataka. By-elections will be held in Sandur, Shiggaon, Channapatna and voting will take place on November 13. The election results will be declared on November 23.

Azimpur Khadri had filed an independent nomination for the Shiggaon seat, after which the party said that he would withdraw his nomination. Yasir Ahmed Khan Pathan has entered the fray from the Congress party. At the same time, Bharat Bommai is contesting against him from the BJP.
