Supreme Court News: CJI DY Chandrachud on Wednesday inaugurated a multi-facility center on the Supreme Court premises. For this work, Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President Kapil Sibal praised the CJI.

Kapil Sibal On CJI Chandrachud: Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President Kapil Sibal on Wednesday praised Chief Justice DY Chandrachud. In fact, the CJI has started a 'multi-facility center' in the SC campus. The CJI inaugurated it on Wednesday. When the media questioned SCBA Chief Sibal on the CJI's initiative, he praised the country's top judge. Sibal said that the CJI is always in a hurry!

Sibal said, 'All I can say is that our present Chief Justice is always in a hurry because he wants to do something for the legal fraternity in the country as well as the litigants. We are amazed at his speed, and the way he is moving forward and thinking about the future. So this facility center is just an example of the huge work and commitment done by our present Chief Justice for the legal fraternity of this country...'

What will be the benefit of a multi-facility center?

According to CJI DY Chandrachud, 'This is a multi-facility center set up in the Supreme Court as part of the access to justice mission. This multi-facility center is at the entry point of the Supreme Court.'

The CJI said that 'all litigants or lawyers coming to the court should have a single place where they can register cases, get information about cases... I hope this facility will enhance the quality of service provided by the Supreme Court to all citizens of the country.'
