Class 11 student cheated 200 people of Rs 80 lakh; even bought a machine to count money… How did Kashif cheat people?
Ajmer police in Rajasthan have arrested a clever thug. This fraudster, who studied in class 11, cheated 200 people of about 80 lakhs by luring them with huge profits in investment. He also spent 42 lakh rupees on this cheated amount. He also bought a luxury car worth 20 lakh rupees from this amount. When he started getting more money and he had difficulty counting it, he also bought a note-counting machine. The accused has been identified as Kashif Mirza, who lives in Nasirabad. At present, the police are interrogating the accused.
According to the police, looking at this innocent-looking student, no one can even imagine that he is so cunning. He promotes investment schemes on social media. He lures people by telling them that they will earn huge profits by investing. People easily fall into the trap of this fraud. During police interrogation, the accused told that till now more than 200 people have not only shown interest in his schemes, but have also invested to the extent of their capacity. These people have deposited more than Rs. 80 crores in his account.
Transaction of Rs 42 lakh found in 5 bank accounts
During police interrogation, the accused told that he has more than five bank accounts. When the police investigated these bank accounts, a transaction of Rs 42 lakh was found in it. Out of this, Rs 20 lakh was given to the car agency. Apart from this, the accused spends lavishly to fulfill his hobbies. According to the police, the accused stays in hotels in Ajmer or Pushkar for two days a week. The accused told the police that initially the money kept coming and he kept spending it, but later when the money started coming in more, he started having difficulty in counting it. In such a situation, he bought a note counting machine.
The accused told the police that he goes to school in his car, but when he goes home, he hides the car here. Therefore, his family members do not know that he has so much money. Police said that recently a complainant Usha Rathod and Mala Patharia had lodged a complaint in Nasirabad City Police Station. While investigating this complaint, the police arrested the accused. After this, the accused and his network have been exposed. Now the police is searching for other people involved in his network.
