Delhi: Did not throw a party for new mobile, friends beat him to death

 

A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Shakarpur, the national capital of Delhi. Here a ninth class student has been beaten to death by his own friends. The accused students were demanding a gift for a new mobile phone from him. When an argument broke out over this, the accused friends killed him. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot, but in the meantime, the accused fled from the spot. The police took the body into custody and got it post-mortem done.

The police have registered a case against the accused students and started investigating the matter. According to the police, the deceased student has been identified as Sachin, who lives in Shakarpur. He was studying in the ninth grade. On Tuesday, he was returning home from the market after buying a new mobile phone. On the way, he met three of his friends. All three also study in his class and are minors. These students started pressuring Sachin to throw a party, but Sachin refused to throw a party. He had an argument with his friends over this matter.

It is alleged that during this altercation, the accused friends started beating Sachin. Sachin was seriously injured in this. People present on the spot chased away the accused students and took Sachin to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. According to the police, a case has been registered against the accused students under the sections of the POCSO Act along with BNS and their search has been started. All three accused students are still absconding.
