Baghpat. After the expulsion of Congress District President Yunus Chaudhary from Baghpat, UP, from the party, the victim's mother has now filed an FIR against the accused. The woman told in the FIR that her 19-year-old daughter was alone at home. Yunus entered her house and did obscene acts with her daughter. An FIR has been registered at Baraut police station. Earlier, Congress had expelled Yunus from the party.

SHO Manoj Chahal said that based on the complaint of the 19-year-old victim's mother, a case has been registered against Yunus Chaudhary under sections 75(1) (sexual harassment and outraging the modesty of a woman) and 79 (intrusion into the privacy of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The entire incident is being investigated.

A video went viral on social media on Friday. Congress district president Yunus Chaudhary was seen in this objectionable video. In the video that has been made public, the district president is seen allegedly doing obscene acts with the victim girl. He is talking to the girl nude and showing her his private parts. The girl is saying that her mother will come. Still, he does not listen. It is claimed that he catches hold of the girl. It could not be ascertained who made the video. An FIR has been registered against him for this act.

Here, after this video surfaced, Congress leader Yunus has clarified. He said that this was not his video. He has many political opponents in the district, who want to defame him. After the video went viral, Congress removed Chaudhary from the post of Baghpat District President.
