Fraud in Ahmedabad! 1.30 crore rupees… Anupam Kher's photo instead of Bapu's on the notes, how was the secret revealed?

A shocking case of cheating a jeweler has come to light in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Here the fraudsters made a deal of 2100 grams of gold with the jeweler's manager. This deal was done for Rs 1.60 crore. Under this deal, the fraudsters paid Rs 1 crore 30 lakh to the businessman. It was decided that the remaining Rs 30 lakh would be paid after delivery. After this, the fraudsters left from there.

Meanwhile, the manager of the businessman prepared the goods for delivery. He was about to leave for delivery when the jeweler looked carefully at the bundle of notes given by the fraudsters. These notes were enclosed in a wrapper. This wrapper had the seal of Start Bank of India instead of State Bank of India. Seeing this, the businessman got suspicious. He opened the wrapper and checked the notes. Inside were bundles of 500 rupee notes. These notes were exactly like 500 rupee notes. The only difference was that the notes had Anupam Kher's photo instead of Gandhiji's.

Seeing this, the businessman stopped the manager from delivering the goods and informed the police about the matter. The matter is of Manek Chowk in Ahmedabad. The police have registered a case on the complaint of jeweler Mehul and the complaint of Laxmi Jewelers manager Prashant Patel. Jeweler Mehul told the police in his complaint that the fraudsters finalized the deal in a very polite manner. He did not have any doubts before this. Due to this, he packed the goods as per the deal and also asked the accused to send them to the Angadia firm mentioned by them.

But, since such a large consignment of gold was being dealt with, they checked the bundle given by the accused before the delivery of the goods from the showroom. This revealed the fraud. When the police reached the place mentioned by the accused on the information of the businessman, the accused had fled from there. Investigation revealed that the accused had opened a fake office in the name of Angadia firm on CG Road only to cheat the businessman of gold.
