At the same time, the person who tied the carcass to the tractor and dragged it is the caretaker of the cowshed, Ram Asare. It was told that after the death of the cow in the cowshed, the carcass was being taken for burial for its last rites. But the caretaker showed great negligence during this and instead of carrying the carcass in a trolley, he tied it behind the tractor and dragged it.
