Lucknow: The history-sheeter son of a police inspector was with his friend in a car outside his house, when four people came and shot him

Here, unknown miscreants opened fire on the history-sheeter son of a retired inspector living in Vipul Khand. In this incident, the inspector's son has been seriously injured. He has been admitted to the trauma center in critical condition. At the same time, one person has suffered minor injuries. He has also been taken to the hospital for treatment. According to the police, the reason for the incident is not clear yet, but it is suspected that this incident has been carried out due to an old rivalry over property and contracting.

According to Vikas Jaiswal, ACP of Gomtinagar Circle in Lucknow Police Commissionerate, the youth who was shot has been identified as Dhananjay Singh. Dhananjay is the son of retired inspector Ram Sahodar lives in Vipulkhand and works in property. Several cases are registered against Dhananjay in Gomtinagar police station and he is also wanted by the court. According to the police, Dhananjay was talking to his friend Rahul in the car outside the house at 10 pm on Wednesday. Meanwhile, four armed men reached there and shot Dhananjay while beating him.

The bullet wound in the right leg

The miscreants had shot Dhananjay in his chest, but Dhananjay turned backward, so the bullet hit his right leg. Seeing the firing, his friend Rahul ran shouting, but the miscreants chased him and hit him on the head with the butt of the pistol. During this, due to the noise, many people from the vicinity reached the spot. Seeing them, the miscreants fled from there. The family informed the police about the incident and took Dhananjay Singh to the hospital. Where his treatment is going on.

During police interrogation, Dhananjay Singh accused a criminal named Sinku of attacking him. According to the ACP, the complaint has not been received yet. A case will be registered once the complaint is received. However, the police is investigating the matter at its level. Along with watching the footage of CCTV cameras installed at the crime scene, the police are also investigating the call details of Dhananjay's mobile phone.

According to the ACP, the investigation so far has revealed that Dhananjay used to do property business along with contracting. According to the inputs received so far, he had a rivalry with Sinku because of these two works and this is why this crime was committed.
