Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia is in CBI jail for the last five days in connection with corruption in the liquor policy. The court had handed over Sisodia on five-day remand for questioning. After which he will be presented in the court for bail today, it will be a matter to be seen whether the court grants him bail or not.
According to the information, the bail application of Manish Sisodia, arrested in the liquor scam, will be heard in the Rouse Avenue Court. After a long interrogation, Sisodia was arrested by the CBI on 26 February. Today after the end of 5 days CBI custody, he will be produced in the court.
Therefore, it will be decided today whether Sisodia gets relief or his journey in jail will be prolonged. If this happens, then this time Holi will be celebrated in Sisodia's jail only. The arrest was earlier challenged in the Supreme Court on behalf of Sisodia. But the Supreme Court reprimanded him and said that you should first go to the Delhi High Court.
