Rajasthan Assembly Elections: Congress termed PM Modi's statement as hate speech, demanded action

The objection has been raised to the statement given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding Congress during the election rally in Baytu, Barmer on Wednesday. There has been a demand from Congress to take action against PM Modi regarding the statement.

Senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh has tweeted in this regard. He tweeted that when destruction befalls Manuj, Vivek dies first. Prime Minister Modi's hatred towards Congress leaders can be easily gauged from his statement. How can a person holding a responsible position like the Prime Minister talk about hanging people through voting?

The Prime Minister is strangling democracy. This is a clear example of hate speech. If the Election Commission is serious about fair and free elections then they should take immediate cognizance of this and take strict action. The public will respond to this arrogance of Prime Minister Modi in the elections.
