In this series, two-time BJP MLA Shobharani Kushwaha from Dholpur assembly seat of Dholpur district has taken membership of Congress party and now she will contest elections on Congress ticket.

Let us tell you that BJP had expelled Shobha Rani from the party due to cross voting in Rajya Sabha elections. After that she was in contact with the leaders of the Congress Party and now she has taken membership of the Congress. Shobharani Kushwaha's husband Banwari Lal Kushwaha has also been an MLA. 

Let us tell you that in the last elections, BJP candidate Shobharani Kushwaha had defeated Congress candidate Dr. Shiv Charan Kushwaha. But now Congress candidate Dr. Shivcharan Kushwaha has left the Congress Party and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party some time ago and BJP has given him ticket from Dholpur Assembly seat in the second list of 83 candidates. On the other hand, if the Congress party declares Shobharani Kushwaha as its candidate for Dholpur assembly seat, then Shivcharan Kushwaha and Shobharani Kushwaha will again be seen as each other's rivals.
