Salute to former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his death anniversary, PM Modi pays tribute to Atal Bihari Vajpayee, NDA leaders also present
On the occasion of the death anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the country is saluting him on Wednesday (August 16). Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and all other leaders have paid tribute to Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Along with this, there is a gathering of Union ministers, BJP leaders and NDA leaders at the ever-present Atal Samadhi Sthal in Delhi.
President Draupadi Murmu, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah and other leaders, members of Atal Bihari Vajpayee's family were always present at the Atal Samadhi site on Wednesday morning. Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted on Wednesday and wrote that on the death anniversary of Atal ji, I bow to him along with 140 crore people of the country. India benefited greatly from his leadership, he contributed significantly to the development of the country and played an important role in laying the foundation of 21st century India.

On the occasion of the 5th death anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, there is always a gathering of not only BJP but also leaders of NDA at Atal Samadhi. Other leaders including Anupriya Patel, Praful Patel, Thambidurai, Jitan Ram Manjhi, Sudesh Mahato and Agatha Sangama have reached here and are paying tribute to Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Before the 2024 elections, the unity of NDA is visible on every platform, whether it is Parliament or always Atal, NDA's strategy was originally prepared by Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Please tell that former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee died at the age of 93 on 16 August 2018, he was ill for a long time. Atal Bihari Vajpayee was sworn in as Prime Minister thrice, from 1998 to 2004, he completed his term as Prime Minister. Atal Bihari Vajpayee is considered one of the topmost leaders of the BJP, under whose leadership the BJP emerged and came to power.
Atal Bihari Vajpayee became the Prime Minister of the country 3 times, he was elected Lok Sabha MP 9 times while Rajya Sabha MP was elected 2 times. First of all, Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the Prime Minister of the country for 13 days in 1996, 13 months in 1998 and then for 5 years in 1999.
