Skeleton in the police post-police in panic now got relief after 3 years and 11 months; know what is the matter.
The policemen posted at a post of Saad police station of Kanpur Commissionerate Police have now heaved a sigh of relief after 3 years and 11 months. These policemen were breathless because of a skeleton inside the coffin kept in the post. But due to the lure of a government job, they were forced to do their duty here despite the fear. In these three years, the situation had reached such a point that even people used to avoid coming to this post after sunset.
Not only this, the policemen posted at this post also used to plan to do night duty in the field. Actually, 47 months ago on 30 September 2020, the police got the news that someone had committed suicide in the forest near Beta Bujurg village of Saad police station area. On this information, the police reached the spot. By that time the body had decayed badly. Therefore, despite a lot of efforts, it could not be identified. Finally, the police took DNA samples sent them for investigation, and kept the body in the post-mortem house.
There was panic due to keeping the coffin in the post.
After a few days, citing lack of space in the postmortem house, the skeleton was handed over to the police. Now the responsibility of protecting this skeleton became that of the police. Under compulsion, the police ordered a coffin placed the skeleton in it, and kept this coffin in the police post itself. Due to this coffin being kept inside the post, the policemen also started living in fear. Gradually this news reached the local people and due to fear, the common people also started avoiding coming to the post after dusk.
The skeleton was buried after about 4 years.
Seeing the trouble of the policemen, the station in-charge Inspector KP Singh raised the matter before the higher authorities, and on the orders of the higher authorities, this skeleton was buried on the banks of the Rind river. Thus, the police of Saad police station have now got rid of this skeleton. With this, the terror prevailing inside the outpost for about four years has also ended.
