Suspicion of cow smuggling or something else… Why was Aryan Mishra killed after chasing him for 30 km? Questions raised on the hooliganism of cow protection groups in Haryana

The entire country is shocked by the incident of chasing a car for 30 km in Faridabad, Haryana, and then shooting Aryan Mishra, a youth sitting in the car. It is alleged that the members of the Gau Raksha Dal shot Aryan Mishra, a 12th-class student, mistaking him to be a cow smuggler. But the scene of the incident tells a different story. This incident has put the law and order in the state in the dock, and the big question is also about the hooliganism happening here in the name of Gau Raksha Dal. The question is also who gave these so-called Gau Rakshaks the right to shoot and why?

This question also arises because Faridabad police have rejected the claim of the accused being cow protectors. Before moving forward in this story, it is important to know what happened on that night of 23 August. The deceased Aryan Mishra's father Siyanand Mishra said that his son was studying in the 12th class. On the night of the incident, he had gone to Badkhal mall with his friends in a Duster car to eat something. While returning, five miscreants chased him for about 30 km and shot his son.

The first bullet fired by the miscreants on the moving car grazed Aryan Mishra's neck. The second bullet hit his chest after the car stopped. In this incident, no other person in the car got even a scratch. While a miscreant named Shanky was also sitting in Aryan's car. Shanky's brother was driving this car. The accused, who claim to be cow protectors, argue that they had received inputs of cow smuggling in Duster and Fortuner cars. Based on this input, they tried to stop the Duster car, but when the driver sped away, they felt that this was the car of the cow smugglers.

Based on this suspicion, they fired the bullet. On the other hand, Shanky's brother Harish, who was driving the Duster, said that Aryan was sitting on the seat next to him. While Shanky and two girls were sitting in the back seat. Since his brother Shanky is wanted in a case of attempt to murder the police are searching for him. In such a situation, when the criminals tried to stop his car, he thought that the crime branch team was stopping him for Shanky. In such a situation, he drove off the car. Meanwhile, the criminals fired a bullet and the bullet hit Aryan. After this, he stopped the car. Then the criminals came close and shot Aryan with another bullet.

In this incident, the first shot was fired by the miscreants in the moving car and it hit Aryan and he was badly injured. Now the question is when the car stopped and the miscreants came near the car, why did they shoot Aryan again? The second question is that other people were sitting in the car, but why did no one else get even a small scratch? Along with this, another question is who gave the miscreants the right to shoot and why. Now Faridabad Police has claimed that the miscreants are not from the Gau Raksha Dal. In such a situation, the fourth question is also do the Gau Raksha Dal people have the right to shoot? The police itself is also entangled in these questions.

Aryan's father has also raised some similar questions. He said that he is a foreigner and has come here to earn a living. He does not have any quarrel with anyone. On the other hand, the police have arrested five accused in this case. They have been identified as Anil, Kishan, Varun Adesh, and Saurabh, residents of Faridabad. According to Faridabad's ACP Crime Aman Yadav, the weapon and vehicle used in the crime have been recovered from the accused. The arrested accused are not members of the Gau Raksha Dal.

Cases of cow smuggling have been coming to the fore in Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh for a long time. Around the year 2011, an organization called Gau Raksha Dal was formed in Haryana to stop such incidents. Since this organization also had the support of the police, criminal elements started joining it rapidly and started committing crimes in the name of cow protection. People involved in this organization call themselves Gau Raksha Dal Commandos. These people have also got ID cards. They get information through WhatsApp groups. With time, this organization has expanded to Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh along with Haryana.
