In Bareilly's Gandhi Udyan Park, when a woman protested against molestation, a man attacked her neck with a blade. Fortunately, the woman pulled her neck back. Because of this, the blade only cut her neck. The woman who was badly injured in this incident was taken to the hospital. However, after first aid, the woman was discharged from the hospital. According to the doctors, the woman's life was saved due to her alertness.

At present, the Baradari police station has registered a case against the accused under relevant sections and arrested him. According to the police, a woman was sitting in the park with her two children. Meanwhile, the accused came to the woman and asked her to go for a walk with him. When the woman refused to walk with the accused, she argued with him. During this, the accused attacked the woman's neck with a blade. Fortunately, as soon as the accused raised his hand to attack with the blade, the woman leaned back.

Local people took him to hospital

Due to this, the blade passed through her neck making a cut. After committing the crime, the accused fled from there. The woman, covered in blood, started screaming. Later, local people arrived and admitted the woman to the hospital and informed the police. The police have registered a case against the accused based on the woman's complaint. While investigating the case, the accused was also arrested late in the evening.

The accused has been identified as resident Javed. According to the police, a preliminary investigation has revealed that the accused and the victim are already acquainted with each other and have had good relations with each other in the past. According to Kotwal Dinesh Sharma, the police have started investigating the case after arresting the accused.
