Garden Galleria Mall of Noida is in the news again. Firing took place here due to a dispute between two parties. Police have arrested three accused including a BJP leader on charges of firing. Police have recovered the illegal pistol used in the firing. The BJP leader who spread terror by firing is the son of the former chairman of Khurja Nagar Palika of Bulandshahr.
There have been many controversies in the Garden Galleria Mall located in Sector-38A before this. In the year 2022, a bouncer beat him to death in a dispute while drinking alcohol at the Lost Lemon Bar of the mall. In the month of July, two constables spread panic by firing in the mall. A case of a supply of narcotics in a bar at the mall also came to light. A case of molestation of girls was also reported in the mall. Now once again panic has spread due to firing in the mall. Police have arrested the accused who fired and registered a case against them in Sector-39 police station.
Dancing controversy
According to Noida Police, on Sunday night, Sanchit Bansal of Khurja had come to Oscar Bar of Garden Galleria Mall with his two friends. Amit Kumar, a resident of Nithari, was also present there with his two other friends. Around 11 pm, while dancing, a quarrel broke out between Sanchit and Amit. Intoxicated with alcohol, Sanchit, along with his friends, abused them. The bouncers who arrived on the spot after hearing the commotion, threw both of them out of the bar.
Firing done in the parking lot
Meanwhile, both parties came to take out their vehicles from the parking. Seeing Amit, Sanchit took out a pistol from his car and fired at him. Amit informed the police. The police arrested Sanchit and his companions. All three accused are residents of Khurja. The pistol used in the firing has been recovered from them. The main accused Sanchit Bansal is the Meerut division treasurer of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha.
