Although even after a lot of running around, the police could not lay their hands on Rajat Dalal, however Rajat Dalal definitely went to the police station and surrendered himself to the law. Faridabad's Sarai Khwaja police station had registered a case against social media influencer Rajat Dalal for driving recklessly and dangerously. Rajat Dalal surrendered before the police on Monday. 

The accident happened during a test drive on February 25

The matter came to light after a video went viral on social media on August 30 in which Rajat Dalal was seen driving dangerously on the national highway. Investigation revealed that the incident took place on February 25, when Rajat took a car for a test drive from Volkswagen Capital Faridabad Showroom, Sector-27, Mewla Maharajpur and drove it till Sarai toll. He admitted that on February 25, he drove at high speed and recklessly, the video of which was recorded by his friend, which later went viral.

But now it seems that since the accused himself reached the police station, the police now wants to be seen taking action quickly, that is why the police is going to cancel the driving license of accused Rajat Dalal. The police has written a letter to the SDM regarding this. That means the paperwork has been expedited. Now the file will be prepared and then it will move forward gradually, since it is government work, it will have its own pace.

This video was made by Rajat Dalal's friend. In this video, a female employee of Volkswagen was sitting on the front seat with Dalal. This video was made by Rajat's friend Kartik Chhabra, who was sitting in the back seat of the car. Rajat was taking a test drive of the showroom's car.

A video of Rajat Dalal went viral, in which he was saying that incidents like reckless driving and hitting bikers are an everyday affair. During interrogation, Rajat told that he is a social media influencer and regularly uploads videos on social media. Police said that two cases are already registered against Rajat Dalal in Gujarat, and other cases are also being investigated. After interrogation, legal action has been taken against the accused.
