Dead bodies of Kerala couple found in Saudi Arabia, woman was lying on the ground

 

A large number of people from India go to Saudi Arabia in search of work. The dead body of a Kerala couple has been found in Saudi Arabia. The couple's house was in Unaizah city of Saudi's Al Qassim province. Both were found dead in the house under suspicious circumstances. The husband has been identified as 40-year-old Sharath and the wife has been identified as 32-year-old Preeti.

The news of the couple's death came when Sharath's employer wondered why Sharath was not coming to work for a long time. Sharath's employer reached his house where he knocked on the door for a long time, but the door did not open. After this, when he got suspicious as to why no sound was coming from inside and why the door was not being opened even after ringing so many times, he called the police.

The bodies of both were lying in the house

Sharath's owner called the police. The police reached the spot and then broke the door of the house and entered inside. The police found Sharath hanging from a noose in the room and Preeti was found dead on the floor. So far, no information has been revealed about how both of them died.

Sharath was working as a plumber and electrician in Unaizah city for a long time. He used to live alone there, away from his family. According to foreign media reports, a few months ago he had taken his wife Preeti to Saudi as well.

According to the 2024 report of the Indian Foreign Ministry, 24 lakh 63 thousand Indians live in Saudi Arabia. Earlier also in the month of October, an Indian man was murdered in Saudi Arabia. The man was a resident of Gonda in Uttar Pradesh. His name was Mohammad Shakeel (40). The body of the man was brought back to India after a full 40 days of the murder. While on one hand the family was saddened by the death of their close one. On the other hand, the family fought a long battle in these 40 days to bring the body of the man back to India and then with the help of the Government of India, the body was brought back.
