Fugitive Zakir Naik gets a red carpet welcome in Pakistan, the entire PAK government descends on the airport

 

India's wanted Zakir Naik has reached Pakistan. He will stay in the neighbouring country till 28 October. He has programs in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore. When he reached Pakistan on Monday, the entire Pakistan government was ready to welcome him. Many ministers reached Islamabad airport to welcome him.

Chairman of the Prime Minister's Youth Programme Rana Mashood, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Syed Atta-ur-Rahman and Parliamentary Secretary for Religious Affairs Shamsher Ali Mazari were present at the airport to receive him. Later in the evening, Zakir Naik met Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Ishaq Dar. He also shared a photo.

Zakir will address

According to a report in The Tribune, Zakir Naik is scheduled to give public speeches in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore and will also lead and address Friday prayer meetings. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has registered a case against Zakir Naik under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code. He has been living in Malaysia since 2016.

The NIA action comes after the July 2016 Dhaka terror attack, where one of the attackers admitted he was influenced by Naik's preaching through his YouTube channel. India has requested his extradition, but Malaysia has not complied so far.

Zakir Naik's son revealed many secrets

Recently, Zakir Naik's son Fariq Naik told in a show that his family was not in India when the controversy broke out. Fariq said, it was said in the media that Zakir Naik fled from India but this is not true. We were in Mecca at that time. The controversy started a day before Eid.

On the issue of religious conversion, Fariq said that when he was in India, he was associated with an Islamic organization that converts people to Islam. Now he is in Malaysia where the rate of conversion to Islam is increasing. When Fariq was asked how many people he has converted to Islam, he said that he has converted only two-three people to Islam, but after leaving India, since Zakir came on social media and live TV, many people are adopting Islam during this time.
