Ingredients required to make cashew chutney-
1/4 cup cashews
1/2 tbsp chana dal
1/2 tbsp urad dal
1/2 inch piece of ginger
8-10 curry leaves
2 green chillies
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp oil
salt to taste

To make cashew chutney, first of all, put 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan.
Then let it heat on medium flame.
After this, add chopped ginger, green chillies, chana dal and urad dal to it.
Then you saute all these things on low flame for about 1 to 2 minutes.
