Dry fruits for Diabetics: The dried form of fruits is called dry fruit. Apples, apricots, currants, dates, figs, peaches, pears, prunes, and raisins are popular nuts. Sun-dried raisins retain the grape's minerals and most of the phytochemicals, antioxidants and resveratrol. Interestingly, drying in the sun increases the antioxidant content of raisins.
