Ingredients to make Paneer Bhatura
Maida - 2 cups
Grated paneer – 1/4 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Semolina - 2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Green coriander chopped - 2-3 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
oil - as required
salt - as per taste
Paneer Bhatura Recipe
To make Paneer Bhatura, first, take a big mixing bowl and put refined flour in it. Now add 2 tbsp oil to it and mix. After this knead a soft dough by adding baking soda, 1 tsp sugar, and salt as per taste. After kneading the dough, cover it with a cloth and keep it in a warm place for 2 hours. After the fixed time, take the dough and knead it once more. After this, prepare balls from the flour.
Now take grated paneer in a bowl and add finely chopped coriander and a little salt to it and mix. After this, take the dough and stuff cheese inside it, and then roll the bhatura into a round or long, desired shape. After this, put oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the oil starts smoking after heating, put the rolled bhatura in it.
Now deep fry the bhatura by turning it over. When Bhatura turns golden from both sides as well as becomes crispy, take it out on a plate.
