Required ingredients:
Buttermilk - One kg
gram flour - Five spoon
bay leaves - Three
whole red chili - Two
green chili - Three
garlic - Two spoon
asafoetida - Half spoon
desi ghee - Two spoon
cumin - Half spoon
fenugreek seeds -
Cloves as needed - Four
ginger - Two pieces
of sugar - Half a teaspoon
green coriander
Make it this way:
First of all prepare a paste of garlic, green chilies, ginger, and green coriander in the mixie.
Put the buttermilk in a vessel and add gram flour to it.
Now add garlic, ginger, green chili, and green coriander paste to it.
Put this mixture in a pan and boil it.
Now you also put fenugreek seeds in it.
Meanwhile, heat ghee in a pan and crackle cloves, asafoetida, cumin seeds, whole red chilies, curry leaves, and garlic.
Now put it in gram flour solution.
Cook it by adding salt and sugar.
In this way, your delicious curry is made.
