Ingredients of Aloo Masala Sandwich
4 slices bread slices
1/4 cup boiled peas
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 small onion
2 tbsp green chutney
1 large boiled potato
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
salt as needed
2 tbsp tomato ketchup

How to make Aloo Masala Sandwich
Step 1- Prepare a Mixture
Put boiled potatoes in a bowl. Now add chopped onions, boiled peas, salt, chaat masala, black pepper powder, garam masala and red chilli powder. Mix well to prepare the mixture.

Step 2- Make a Sandwich
Now spread one tablespoon of ketchup on one slice and one tablespoon of mint chutney on the other slice. Use half the mixture and spread it on one slice. Place another slice on top of it. Press it down slightly to prepare the sandwich. Make another sandwich by repeating the steps.

Step 3- Ready to serve
You can cut the edges of bread slices before serving. You can also grill the sandwich by applying butter on both sides and serving it with ketchup and chutney.
