Biryani Recipe: : Make delicious biryani with chana dal, try this recipe..

 

You can enjoy the taste of Chana Dal Biryani for lunch or dinner. It is a Hyderabadi dish, which is full of taste and health.

Material :
1 cup basmati rice, half cup chana dal, 2 tsp ghee, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 pinch turmeric powder, 1-2 finely chopped green chilies, 1 tsp cumin, 2-3 cardamom, salt as per taste.

Method :

First of all, wash the lentils and rice and soak them in different utensils for some time.

Now heat the pressure cooker, and add ghee.

Add bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, and green chilies to the melted ghee.

Now add turmeric powder and garam masala and fry it.

Then add soaked dal, rice, and water, and also add salt.

Put the lid on the pressure cooker. Turn off the gas after one whistle.

Biryani is ready.
