Ginger-mint cough syrup
Boil 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger and mint in 4 cups of water. Cook it well till it reduces to half.

After filtering, let it cool for some time, and then add one spoon of honey to it and mix it well while stirring continuously.

You can store it in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 3 weeks or more.

Ginger works to remove mucus from the lungs. On the other hand, peppermint removes the burning sensation. Drink one tablespoon of this syrup daily.

Make cough syrup with onion, garlic, honey, and lemon
Put 1 cup, honey, 2 tbsp chopped garlic and ½ cup chopped onion in a container.

Leave it like this for about 8 hours.

Later add 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil and 4 tbsp lemon juice to it.

Filter it and keep it in an airtight container. It can be refrigerated for about 6 weeks.

Onion, fresh ginger and garlic enhance the anti-viral and anti-bacterial power of the syrup. Take one tablespoon of this syrup daily.
