1. Turmeric

This spice has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which are considered very beneficial for health. Diabetic patients should drink turmeric milk.

2. Fenugreek seeds

If you drink fenugreek water daily, it will help a lot in controlling type-2 diabetes. This spice is rich in fiber, which slows down digestion, which then controls the absorption of carbohydrates and sugar. For this, soak a spoonful of fenugreek in a small bowl overnight and after waking up in the morning, filter it through a sieve and drink it.

3. Coriander seeds:

Many researches have proved that coriander seeds help in increasing the secretion of insulin, as well as the carbohydrates found in it improve the body's metabolism and hypoglycemic process, which keeps the blood sugar level under control. Eating coriander seeds improves the digestive system, which is very important for diabetes patients. To use it, put a teaspoon of coriander seeds in a glass of water at bedtime and after waking up in the morning, filter this water and drink it.

4. Cinnamon

Cinnamon is no less than a medicine for diabetes patients, because it not only controls the blood sugar level, but also does not allow bad cholesterol to accumulate in the blood. If you want to consume it, heat a glass of milk and then add a pinch of cinnamon powder to it and drink it.
