IITF: You may find a house of one and a half lakh strange to hear, but it has been changed by NTPC in reality. Yes, you can see this house in the pavilion at the trade fair in Delhi.

International Trade Fair: Building a village or city house has become a big challenge between rising inflation and interest rates. With the prices of cement, bars and bricks reaching the seventh sky, it has become difficult for the common man to build his house. But this time a house has been introduced in Delhi's Trade Fair, which will be ready at a very low cost. Yes, for the first time, you will not believe its price. But this is the absolute reality, the price of this house is only one and a half lakh rupees.

Trade fair opens for common man from today

The trade fair at Bharat Mandapam has opened for the public from Tuesday. The special attraction of this time is the house of one and a half lakh rupees. This house is shown on the NTPC paywell in the open ground in front of Hall No. 1 of the trade fair. You will be surprised at first to see the model of a 300 square feet house prepared from coal ash in this pavel of NTPC. Cement or bars have not been used in the construction of this

What's at home?

Designed from coal ash (Fly Ash), this house has a dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a washroom. A tin shed has been installed on the roof of the house. One can live comfortably in this house. The design of this house built in 300 square feet has been done in such a way that the weather does not fall inside the house. Only bricks made of fly ash have been used in this preparation.

NTPC GM Rajiv Satyakam said that bricks made of coal ash have been used to prepare this house. Cement is not needed to stop these bricks, they lock firmly on their own. This is the reason that it is very cheap to prepare this house due to the need for any kind of masonry or iron. Plaster is also not needed inside the house. In Chhattisgarh, such houses are being built and used for the last one year. There is no dampness on the 9-inch wall of the house due to rainwater.
