* Ingredients required to make Keema Kachori:
1. Minced meat - 1 cup
2. Semolina - 1 cup
3. Flour - 2 cups
4. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 spoon
5. Green chilli - 5 (chopped)
6. Red chilli - 1 spoon
7. Cumin - 1 1 tsp
8. Celery – 1 tsp
9. Salt – as per taste
10. Water – as per requirement
11. Oil – for frying

* Easy recipe to make Keema Kachori:
1. Let us tell you that to make crispy mincemeat shortbread, first wash the mincemeat and keep it to boil. You can use spices or salt for boiling.
2. After this, take out the mince from the water and grind it in a mortar and pestle. You can also grind it in a grinder, but take care not to grind it too finely.
3. Now take out flour in a bowl, add salt, semolina, and ghee to it, and knead it with water. Knead the dough a little hard. Cover the prepared dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
4. After this, heat oil in a pan and add minced meat, cumin, fennel, coriander (crushed), asafoetida, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and gram flour and mix well.
5. Now after this add salt to the spices and mix well. Take it out on a plate.
6. After this, add Kasoori Methi to it and mix it once more.
7. Now knead the dough once again, make balls of it, and keep aside.
8. After this, take these balls, spread them a little with your hands, and fill the mixture in them. Keep in mind that the mixture should not be too much or too little.
9. Now roll them into a puri. Keep in mind that you should not use too much force while rolling otherwise the dough may tear and the lentils will come out.
10. After this, heat oil for frying in a pan and then add these kachoris and cook on medium flame till it becomes golden from both sides.
11. In this way your crispy kachori is ready. Serve it with potato curry and green and red chutney.
