* Ingredients required to make Sweet Potato Tikki:

1. Sweet potatoes – 4

2. Buckwheat flour – 1 tbsp

3. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

4. Cumin powder – 1 tsp

5. Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp

6. Chopped green chillies – 2-3

7. Rock salt

8 Oil or ghee - for frying

* Easy recipe to make sweet potato tikki:

1. Let us tell you that to make Sweet Potato Tikki, first wash the sweet potatoes brought from the market with clean water and wipe them.

2. After this, roast it on fire or in the oven so that it becomes soft.

3. Or if you want, you can also boil it in a cooker with enough water and salt. Apart from the cooker, you can cook it by adding water and salt to any vessel.

4. After this, drain the water and let it cool, after it cools down, peel it, and with the help of a potato masher, mash the sweet potato well and remove all the fibers.

5. Now add buckwheat flour, cumin powder, dry mango powder, red chili powder, rock salt, and green chili to sweet potatoes and mix well.

6. After mixing everything, take a ball from this dough and shape it into a tikki.

7. Now heat oil or ghee in a pan and fry till it turns brown on both sides.

8. Finally, after frying, take it out on a plate, garnish it with coriander leaves, and serve it hot.
