There will be no harm to you by consuming this pickle.

Pickle Ingredients
To make a lemon pickle, first of all, you have to take at least 300 grams of lemon peels. Add half a teaspoon black salt to it, add white salt as per taste, add one teaspoon red chilli powder, and add one teaspoon black pepper powder. Then add one spoon of garam masala and one spoon of coriander powder. When all these things mix well, pour half a cup of oil on top, then mix it tightly once again and keep it for a few days. After a few days, a delicious pickle will be ready.

Prepare like this
After squeezing the lemon, collect its peels. After this rub the lemon peels in water and clean them. Then soak the peels in water for 2 minutes so that they become soft. Cut them into long pieces. Now put all the spices in a bowl and mix them well. Fill this spice well with lemon peels, then add oil on top and mix well. Now put this pickle bowl in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. After this, take out the pickle and after cooling, store it in an airtight container.
