Recite Sunderkand with this method on Hanuman Jayanti
-According to religious beliefs, Sunderkand should be recited in the morning and after four o'clock in the evening. Do not recite it after noon. Doing this is considered inauspicious and the seeker does not get the fruits of worship.
-Before starting the lesson, keep a clean post and then spread a new red-colored cloth on it. Then install the idol or photo of Hanuman ji on it. After doing this, light a ghee lamp.
-Before starting the recitation of Sunderkand, appeal to Shri Ram and Hanuman ji. Also keep in mind that without finishing the Sunderkand recitation, do not get up in the middle and do not talk to anyone.
-Do not allow any kind of negative thoughts to come into your mind during Sunderkand recitation and after worshiping Hanuman ji with full devotion, offer fruits, jaggery-gram, boondi, or gram flour laddoos to the Lord.
-Don't forget to do Hanuman ji's aarti after the lesson is over. This is because no worship is considered complete without aarti. Distribute the bhog offered to Hanuman ji among the family members after the aarti.
