Signs of low physical activity

1. Constant feeling of fatigue

If you are craving unhealthy food made with high sugar, fat, and salt, it means you are doing very little physical activity. Increase your walking and eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains.
