These days, the blood vessels of the skin get diluted due to which the blood supply to other parts of the body may decrease. Excessive sweating can lead to a significant loss of sodium and potassium in the body, and it also affects electrical activity, which can cause arrhythmias. In which the heartbeat becomes abnormal and the risk of life increases.

-Wear light and cotton clothes.
-Avoid working or exercising outside in this season.

-Keep the amount of dehydrating things like alcohol, caffeine i.e. coffee and tea, etc. to a minimum.
-Keep the food light in the summer season. Consume neither too hot nor too cold.
