Yogurt is a dairy product, which is prepared by fermenting milk. It contains nutrients like protein, calcium, vitamin B6, B12, which are considered very beneficial for health. Yogurt is especially considered very good for digestion, because it contains probiotics, which increase healthy bacteria in the intestines.

Arthritis
