1 cup sago, 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (shelled and coarsely crushed), 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp cumin (cumin), 3-4 whole red chilies (whole red chili), 1 sprig curry leaves ( curry leaves), 2 tsp rock salt (white rock salt), 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander leaves (dhania patti), 1 tsp green chili chopped, 1 tbsp lemon juice

1. Wash the sago till the water becomes clear. Soak in about 1 1/2 cups of water for about an hour.
2. Strain in a sieve, then spread on a thick cloth for about 1 hour. Care has to be taken here that the water drains out very well. Otherwise, the sago will start sticking together while cooking.
3. Mix well the sago, peanuts, salt, and chili powder, so that it is well coated with this mixture.
4. Heat ghee and add cumin, and red, followed by chili and curry leaves. When the chilies turn slightly black, add the sago mixture and cook on low heat till cooked.
5. Take it off the flame, add lemon juice and mix well.
6. Garnish with coriander and green chilies and serve.

2 potatoes boiled, 2 cups paneer mashed, 1 green chili, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp rock salt, 7-8 raisins, 1 tsp black powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder, a pinch of nutmeg, 1 tsp green coriander, 2 tsp ghee

1. Take out the boiled potatoes and paneer in a bowl.
2. Add green chilies and ginger to it and mix well.
3. Add cumin powder, rock salt, raisins, black pepper, cardamom powder, nutmeg and coriander leaves, mix well and knead the dough.
4. Make a roll from the dough.
5. Now take ghee in a pan and add it to fry the rolls.
6. Fry the rolls till golden brown and serve hot.
