Masala Dosa: Masala Dosa is a South Indian dish. People like to eat it for breakfast. It looks very tasty to eat and is also beneficial for health.

Material :
One cup rice, half cup washed urad dal, chopped green chilies, onions, and tomatoes, boiled potatoes, 3-4 curry leaves, one teaspoon turmeric powder, salt as per taste, and 2 tablespoons mustard oil.

First of all, wash the rice and soak it in a vessel and also soak the urad dal for 5-6 hours.

Then grind the soaked rice and lentils in a mixer.

Now prepare a thin batter by adding salt and water to it.

- Heat a pan, and add oil to it. Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, curry leaves, and salt and fry them.

Then put mashed potatoes in it and fry them.

Now heat the pan, and pour oil on it.

Then spread the batter well on the pan.

- Bake from both sides.

Fold the dosa from both sides and fill it with fried potatoes in the middle.

Your dosa is ready.
