Eating non-veg harms health

Truth- Most people think that they should not follow a non-veg diet, as it can lead to an increase in uric acid or purine. However, it is not like that. Non-veg diet is not bad for health.

Just you should keep in mind in what quantity you are consuming it or which item of non-veg you are eating. Whether your water intake is good with a non-veg diet. If all these things are taken care of, then non-veg does not harm health in any way. This rule applies not only to non-veg but to all types of diets.

Protein deficiency in the body is removed only by eating non-veg.

Truth- This is a very common myth, which is believed by most people. They feel that if they do not eat non-veg, then the lack of protein in their body will never go away. However, it is not like that.

Non-veg food is indeed a good source of protein, but the daily protein requirement of the body can be easily met even with a vegetarian diet. A sufficient amount of protein is found in pulses, soya products, pumpkin seeds, oats, peanuts, walnuts etc.

Quitting a non-veg diet makes the body weak

Truth- Many people believe that if they take a non-veg diet, then they should always take it. If they leave the non-veg diet, it will lead to muscle loss and a lot of weakness in the body. But in reality, it is not so. If you want to switch from a non-veg to a veg diet, you can do so. 

But during this, you should consult an expert. You can easily fulfil all the requirements of your body through a vegetarian or vegan diet. People, who do not pay attention to their daily diet along with giving up non-veg, often complain of muscle loss and weakness.

You can eat anything with chicken.

Truth- Those who take a non-veg diet, prefer to eat chicken instead of mutton. Chicken is healthier than mutton, but that doesn't mean you start eating just about anything.

First of all, you should not eat more than 250 grams of chicken at a time. Apart from this, you should always eat lean muscle pieces. You can consider having leg pieces, wings etc. If you start eating any piece then it will harm your health.
