Ingredients to make Dahi Ke Kebab
Cheese grated – 1/2 cup
Hung curd - half cup
Cashew nuts chopped – 3-4 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Green chili chopped - 2-3
Fried onion – 1/2 cup
Green coriander chopped - 2-3 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Oil - for frying
salt - as per taste

Method
To make Dahi Ke Kebab, first, grate the paneer and keep it in a bowl. After this, put the hung curd in a bowl and mix the cheese well in it. Add fried onions, chopped cashew nuts, green chilies, and green coriander to it and mix well. Lastly, add salt and black pepper to it and mix well. You can also add bread crumbs to make this mixture a little thick.

Keep one thing in mind it does not have to be kneaded much. If you do this, the curd will start releasing moisture, after which the kebabs will not be made. Now make small balls from this mixture and coat the Dahi Kebab with corn flour. Prepare all the kebabs in the same way.

Now heat oil in a pan and after that fry all the kebabs well. While frying, keep in mind that it should turn golden. You can serve it with mint and coriander chutney at in Iftar party.
