Plum Cake is a nutritious and delicious cake that contains a variety of fruits, nuts and other ingredients. You can easily make it at home and everyone will like it. Let us know if you like the recipe for Plum Cake.

Material:

1 cup semolina

1 cup jaggery

1 cup curd

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup plum puree (puree made by grinding plums)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/ 2 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

A mixture of pistachios and almonds for garnish

Instructions:

Mix semolina, jaggery, curd and oil in a large bowl. Let it sit for about 15-20 minutes to allow the semolina to swell.

Add plum puree to the mixture and mix well.

Now add flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla essence and cardamom powder. Mix again to make sure all the ingredients are well combined.

Pour the mixture into a large and deep cake tin.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Once the cake is ready, let it cool and then garnish it with almonds and pistachios.
