Recipe: Egg fried rice is liked by everyone, make it at home in this way!

Egg-fried rice is a popular Chinese dish commonly served in many parts of the world. It is a simple dish consisting of cooked rice fried eggs, vegetables, and spices such as soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.

To make egg-fried rice, you'll need cooked rice, eggs, vegetables (such as carrots, peas, and scallions), soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Here's an easy recipe to make Egg Fried Rice:

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rice

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup frozen peas

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Instruction:

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet on high flame.

Add the chopped carrots and fry for 1-2 minutes or till they turn slightly soft.

Add frozen peas and fry while stirring for 1-2 minutes.

Push the vegetables to the edge of the pan and add the beaten eggs. Beat eggs until cooked.

Add cooked rice to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes while stirring, so that the rice does not separate.

Then add soya sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Serve Egg Fried Rice hot.
