Ingredients to make Beetroot Cutlets

- Grated beetroot

- Mashed potatoes

- Finely chopped onion 

-Ginger garlic paste

- Finely chopped coriander

- Breadcrumbs

- Corn flour

- Flour

- Black pepper

- Kashmiri red chilli

- Turmeric

- Garam masala

- Mango powder

- Chaat masala

- Cumin

- Salt as per taste

- Water

- Oil

How to make Beetroot Potato Cutlets

First of all, squeeze the juice of grated beetroot in a big bowl. Then add boiled and mashed potatoes into it. Now add onion and all the spices in it. Add some bread crumbs and green coriander to it. Mix all this well, so that all the spices mix well and a dough is prepared. After this, make patties from the beetroot batter. Now dip these prepared cutlets in corn flour solution and coat them from both sides. Then roll the bread crumbs from both sides. Deep fry, shallow fry or pan fry the cutlets in hot oil. Fry on medium flame until golden and crisp on both sides. After frying, keep it on tissue paper. Serve hot beetroot cutlets with tomato sauce, and green chutney.
