Ingredients to make Crispy Corn Chaat:

Corn - 2 cups

Corn flour - 2 tablespoons

Chaat masala - 1 tablespoon

Salt - as per taste

Red chilli powder - half teaspoon

Dry mango powder - half teaspoon

Chopped coriander - 2 tablespoons

Chopped green chilli - 1 small

chopped Chopped Onion – 1/4 cup

Chopped Tomato – 1/2 cup

Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp

Method :

To make Crispy Corn Chaat, first, wash the sweet corn thoroughly and boil it lightly in a bowl. Take care not to boil it too much. After boiling, filter the corn and take it out in a bowl, then add a little cornflour to it.

After this, heat the oil in a pan. Fry the corn in oil until it turns golden. When it is fried well, take it out on tissue paper to remove excess oil.

After this, put the corn in a bowl and add chaat masala, salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, chopped coriander, green chilli, chopped onion and chopped tomato. Mix it well.

-After mixing all the ingredients well, pour lemon juice on top. Finally, take it out on a plate and garnish it with coriander leaves. Now you can serve it to your guests.
