300 grams of wheat flour

250 grams broccoli

Salt as per taste

Sauce Ingredients:

250 grams gram

2 cloves of garlic

200 grams tomatoes

100 grams of tomato paste

Italian herbs

Recipe:

First of all, boil the broccoli until it becomes soft. Mash it well.

Mix mashed broccoli with flour. Knead it until it becomes a dough.

Roll the dough into a thin sheet and use a knife to cut it into pasta-style shapes.

Boil water in a pot and add broccoli pasta cut into pasta shape into the boiling water.

When it becomes slightly hard, remove it from the water.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, chickpeas, mashed tomatoes and tomato paste with Italian herbs, salt and pepper.

When they are cooked, add the broccoli pasta and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
