Masala Pasta Chips are a spicy and delicious snack. This fusion snack recipe is a perfect amalgamation of Italian and Indian flavors, making it a perfect option for any party. Today we have brought you the recipe for making its crispy chips.

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked pasta

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornmeal 

1/4 cup semolina

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1/4 tsp turmeric 

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Instruction:



In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, semolina, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Add the cooked pasta to the dry mixture and mix well so that the pasta is evenly coated with the spice mixture.

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.

As soon as the oil is hot, put small portions of the pasta mixture in the oil and fry till it becomes golden brown and crispy.

Take out the chips from the oil and drain the excess oil on tissue paper.

Serve Masala Pasta Chips hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
