Recipe: Make methi papad once and eat it throughout the year, note down the recipe!

Fenugreek is very nutritious for our health. As soon as winter comes, we like to make methi bhaji, paratha, bhajiya etc. but have you ever eaten methi papad? Methi papad is very easy to make and tastes very tasty. The special thing is that you can make this papad once and eat it throughout the year. Today we are going to learn this recipe.

Material

Fenugreek Potato Red

Chilli

Chaat Masala

Asafoetida

Salt

Baking Soda

Recipe

Wash fenugreek seeds and grind them in a mixer.

Boil the potatoes and mash them well.

Add finely chopped fenugreek to this potato mixture.

Add finely chopped red chilli, chaat masala, asafoetida, salt and baking soda.

Then mix this mixture and make small balls.

You can roll the papad using a complete machine or by rolling it out.

Then dry this papad in the sun.

After the papad dries, you can fry it and eat it throughout the year.
