Recipe: Make soybean chili at home like this, you will forget the hotel taste!

If you are fond of spicy dishes, you have probably tasted soybean chili in a restaurant or made at home. Although many people have attempted to make it at home, it does not always turn out as tasty as you would like. Today we will share with you an easy and delicious soybean chili recipe.

Ingredients:

50 grams soybean

1 chopped onion

4 green chilies

1/2 capsicum (capsicum)

1/2 green onion

1 carrot

100 grams oil

1 teaspoon cumin

1 egg

2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tbsp Cornflour

Salt to taste

2 tbsp Soy sauce

3 tbsp Green chilli chutney

2 tbsp Vinegar

Fresh coriander

Instruction:

First of all, boil soybeans in water with a pinch of salt for about 2 minutes. Then, strain and keep them aside to cool.

Now cut onion, capsicum, green onion, and green chili into small pieces.

Squeeze out excess water from boiled soybeans.

In a bowl, mix together boiled soybean, egg, soy sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, ginger-garlic paste, cornflour and a pinch of salt.

Heat oil in a pan and fry this mixture until it turns golden.

Next, heat a pan on the stove, and add oil and cumin seeds to it. When the seeds start crackling, add chopped onion and carrot. Fry for a while.

Add chopped capsicum and a pinch of salt. Fry for a while.

Then, add soy sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar. Mix well.

Now add roasted soybean and a pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed.

Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and your soybean chili is ready to serve.
